Job Full Description

Our client, a management consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join their team as a Bilingual Project Coordinator (Admin & Research Assistant). As a remote team member, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting their team with administrative and research tasks. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of tasks in support of the delivery of applied social research projects. Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate large-scale interview programs (up to 50 people), including managing logistics, scheduling, and coordinating with stakeholders, and dealing with stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist with meetings and one-on-one interviews, providing logistical support and taking notes as needed
  • Coordinate client service staff, managing their day-to-day activities and providing support and guidance as needed
  • Manage contact lists, follow up on communications, and track email bounce backs, resolving any issues that may arise
  • Arrange focus groups (20-50 people), including recruiting participants, scheduling, and coordinating logistics
  • Assist survey manager with monitoring field surveys, including tracking survey progress, identifying issues, and ensuring accurate data collection, as well as tracking and organizing incoming surveys and resolving survey inquiries
  • Respond to clients as needed regarding survey-related matters and other project-related issues
  • Handle multiple projects and programs simultaneously, managing own calendar and prioritizing tasks effectively, and dealing with stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns across various projects and programs

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and French
  • 2+ years of experience providing logistical and meeting support, including outreach, scheduling, and note-taking
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Background in Social Sciences, Policy, or Political Science (or related field)
  • Ability to obtain a federal security clearance at the Reliability level within 3 months of starting the role

Monday to Friday – 8:30am – 4:30pm

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year depending on experience
