Job Full Description
Join our client's dynamic team in Stittsville as a Customer Service Representative! You'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships. Your role will involve responding to incoming inquiries via phone, email, mail, and social media, providing expert product and service knowledge, taking orders, processing returns, and resolving customer requests efficiently. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently, handling a high volume of transactions (over 100 POs daily)
- Verifying customer account information through proactive outreach
- Delivering warm and welcoming interactions to understand customer concerns or inquiries
- Resolving issues by handling refunds, exchanges, and routing calls and emails to relevant teams
- Remaining flexible to support other departments and special projects as needed
Required Skills and qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A post-secondary education (college or university degree) is considered an asset
- Fluency in both English and French is essential, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in both languages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Traverse Open Systems is desirable, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate

The wage for this position ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm
