Job Full Description
Our client, a reputable organization based in Vars, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Warehouse Associate to join their team.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Build and secure pallets for shipping
- Shrink wrap pallets to ensure safe transportation
- Coordinate shipping with carriers, manage logistics, and track shipments
- Verify inventory levels and report any discrepancies
- Assist with delivery or pickup of inventory to/from clients as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills and qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or shipping role (e.g., Order Picker, Warehouse Associate, Shipper/Receiver)
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures consistently and accurately
- Physical capability to lift up to 35lbs
- Proficiency in operating pallet jacks and RF scanners
- Thorough and diligent work habits, with a focus on double-checking for accuracy
- Clean criminal record required
- Must be eligible for Reliability Clearance and eventual Secret Clearance (organization-sponsored)
- Reliable vehicle required due to limited public transportation options

Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
Wage: $20.00 per hour
