Job Full Description
Our client, a leading company in the construction industry located in the East End, is hiring an Inside Sales Supervisor to join their high-performing team.
We're seeking a sales team leader who can drive consistent sales growth, prioritize customer satisfaction, and ensure seamless order accuracy, while delivering attentive and responsive customer service.
Required skills and qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English and French) in both writing and speaking
- Minimum 5 years of inside sales / sales experience in a fast-paced environment ideally manufacturing, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, including production and distribution methods
- Results-driven and competitive with a passion for achieving goals
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Proven sales expertise with a track record of success
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills to motivate and guide teams
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage the inside sales team (10-15), providing motivation, feedback, and coaching to drive performance and growth
- Communicate key information to the team to ensure successful delivery of sales duties
- Direct and manage workload distribution to meet customer demands, especially during peak periods
- Analyze sales metrics, review performance, and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Foster an open-communication environment for feedback, idea-sharing, and sales technique collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Outside Sales, Credit, Production, Distribution) to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of inside sales representatives
- Develop and implement effective training programs for new hires and coordinate trainer assignments
- Build strong customer relationships and coach representatives on relationship-building skills
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits

Salary: $71,500 to $87,500 per year depending on experience
Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch
