Job Full Description
Our client, a leading HVAC services company, is seeking an experienced Install Planner to play a key role in coordinating and planning installation projects, driving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Schedule and coordinate water heater installations, optimizing resource allocation and time management
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and suppliers to confirm installation details and address any concerns
- Monitor installation progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands
- Order and process water heater inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate records of installations and inventory, including customer information, service reports, and inventory logs
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide support during the sales process
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Other duties as assigned
Required skills and qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in administration, inventory management, or a related field
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry is an asset, but not essential
- Excellent English communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Strong conflict resolution skills to de-escalate tense situations
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and respond to emergencies
- Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Experience with CRM or inventory management systems is a strong asset

The starting wage for this position ranges from $21.63 to $24.04 per hour ($45,000 - $50,000 per year) depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm
