Our client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide essential administrative and client support in their financial services team. As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations, preparing documents, and delivering exceptional client experiences. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a career in financial services or office administration.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration, finance, or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (experience is an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Professional and reliable with a high level of discretion
  • Interest in the financial services industry and supporting client-facing professionals

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing exceptional client service through professional phone and email communication
  • Preparing and maintaining accurate client files, reports, and documentation
  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Data entry, record-keeping, and ensuring compliance with firm procedures
  • Drafting and proofreading correspondence, presentations, and other business materials
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information
  • Assisting with account openings, office organization, and team events
  • Supporting advisors and teams with administrative tasks and projects

Salary: $50,000 to $55,000 per year depending on experience

Monday to Friday – Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm
